Love, in Spanish by Karina Halle

And so Mateo and Vera's ending is not over. As a couple, Mateo and Vera still face challenges with their relationship. Jobs, co-workers, friends, ex-wife, Mateo's daughter and even the damn paparazzi play into their lives. You feel the heartache with them with trying to overcome one thing after another together. Sometimes it clicks and sometimes it doesn't. As individuals, they still struggle within. Mateo and his vulnerability to Vera. Vera and her "youth" to Mateo's "oldness". But even with all that the love they have is everlasting. Their connection is not broken no matter if words are said or not said, no matter if an ocean drifts them apart.

As always, the writing of Karina is flawless. I love how she can make simple words into a work of art. She never fails in drawing a reader into the world that she creates and makes you FEEL.

The simplicity of Love, in Spanish is that Mateo loves Vera and Vera loves Mateo.
